Helping Bring Practical Science to More Children

Humanity Gives is proud to support ABC Science, a new project beginning in the Midlands with ambitions to reach primary schools across the UK.

Every child deserves the opportunity to experience the excitement and possibilities of science, regardless of their background, gender or family income.

ABC Science helps primary schools deliver engaging, practical science by providing teachers with the training, equipment and resources they need to bring lessons to life.

Inspiring More Young People

The project has a particular focus on inspiring girls and children from disadvantaged backgrounds, helping more young people discover an interest in science and see the opportunities it could create for their future.

Through practical experiments and investigative learning, children are encouraged to ask questions, test ideas, make discoveries and think like scientists.

A Huge Impact for Just 55p

£250,000 could support 100 primary schools for an entire year.
That could give approximately 12,000 children access to 456,000 science lesson experiences, at a cost of just: 55p per child, per lesson

For less than the cost of a small snack, a child could experience a science lesson that sparks their curiosity, builds their confidence and changes how they see their future.

Help Us Inspire the Next Generation

Together, Humanity Gives and ABC Science can help bring exceptional science experiences to thousands of children who might otherwise miss out.
